Campground Terms & Conditions

 

Cancellation Policy: When you reserve a site, you will be charged at the time of booking. We are then holding the unit for you, while turning down other potential Guests. If you cancel the reservation AND we can re-rent the unit, you will be refunded the difference less a $50.00 administration fee.  If we are not able to re-rent the site; you agree to full forfeiture of all money received.

CHECK-IN TIME: 3 PM

CHECK OUT TIME: 11 AM

QUIET HOURS: 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. All children under 18 must be on their site by 9:00 p.m.

SITES: One trailer and one vehicle per camping site max OR one tent and one vehicle per site max. No boats, jet skis or boat trailers on your site at any time. (Additional parking is available) No grey water dumped on ground. No vehicle repairs on site. Do not wash your car or RV in the campground. All vehicles must display an MV Parking Pass. Maximum of 6 people per site including daily guests. Seasonal Guests may obtain permission.

Trees: Please do not climb the trees or cut down firewood, our goal is to enjoy nature and leave it better for our grandchildren! We encourage wood and sticks to be collected from the woods without the aid of chainsaws, axes, etc.

RUGS: Rugs bigger than 3’ x 2’ are not allowed as it kills the grass and creates mud. We want your site to look good for both you and the next guest.

FIREWOOD: We have bundles of firewood for sale for $8/bundle or 3 bundles for $20. We will bring firewood around the campground at 6pm. No outside firewood is allowed because invasive species of insects can ruin our local forests. Bags of Ice are also available for $8.

Toys: ATVs, 3 or 4-wheelers, motorized scooters, motorcycles, or golf carts are to be used Only for transportation in and out of the park and NOT to be ridden around the park- kids and park safety is our priority. No vehicles can be driven on the grass, park trails or near the pond. Check out how close we are to the “MISS-KAL” ORV Trailhead and surrounding State land. Again, In and Out ONLY.

Lake/Pond: No lifeguard is on duty. Swim at your own risk. Please no disposable diapers in the Lake/Pond; swim diapers must be used. Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. No fishing allowed. Pond Water is not tested

PETS: Pets must be always kept on a leash. Limit 2 dogs per site. Dogs must be picked up after! Pets are not to be tied outside of your RV when you are not there and are not to be left unattended at any time. No ground tie-downs permitted. If any pet demonstrates aggressive behavior toward another pet or camper, you will be leaving the property. No excessive barking. Pet fee is $10/pet for the length of your stay.

VISITORS: Visitors must register at the office upon arrival. All campers are responsible for their visitors. Maximum of 6 people per site including visitors.

FIREARMS AND FIREWORKS are strictly prohibited for the safety of all campers. Police will be called, and you will be leaving the property.

CAMPFIRES are not permitted on the ground. Please only use the provided fire rings. Please do not move fire rings.

TRASH must be disposed of each night because of bears and other wildlife. For the safety of all campers, PLEASE DON’T LEAVE FOOD or TRASH OUT or IN TENTS

LICENSE TO USE UNIT: This agreement is not a real estate lease, but a license and the Guest’s status is that of a licensee, not a tenant.  No property or possessory interest in the unit is being conveyed by this license, rather the Guest is acquiring a license to temporarily occupy and use the unit, subject to all applicable hotel rules and regulations.  Manton Trails, LLC reserves the right to terminate this license at any time. There is NO tenant's rights at this hotel. Guests are required to own or rent a primary residence elsewhere and Manton Trails RV Park, Hotel & Campground can not be used as a primary residence.

RESPONSIBILITY: Prices, property, and other specifications are subject to change without notice.  If a reserved unit becomes unavailable or uninhabitable due to circumstances beyond our control, every effort will be made to obtain alternative property accommodations.  We are not responsible for acts of God, power, internet speed or disruption air conditioning interruptions, repair, and maintenance delays, etc. Your patience and understanding are appreciated.

BE COURTEOUS AND RESPECTFUL to your neighbors. Please follow only designated roads or walkways. Please do not cut through occupied RV sites. Help everyone have a Great Vacation!
